Jay Clemens's new single, “Halo Above Her," featuring the great Bay Area vocalist, Maurice Tani. The song was co-written and produced with Rachel Efron, who also sings back-up vocals. “Halo Above Her” was recently named a semi-finalist in the Songwriters Guild of America’s country music competition.
